Returns & Exchanges

At Magic Potli, we carefully check and pack all items before dispatch or pickup.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, no longer need the item, or the item does not suit your personal preference.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative where appropriate.

If an item is received faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order details

• clear photos or video showing the issue

• photos of the packaging, if relevant

Once reviewed, we may offer an exchange or replacement where appropriate.

For delivery orders, if an item arrives faulty or damaged, proof must be provided before any exchange or replacement is arranged.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where an item has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
