Ordering & Pickup
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available by confirmed order only. Pickup details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
Can I visit and browse products in person?
No. Magic Potli operates primarily as an online store. We do not offer browsing or display visits. Pickup is available by confirmed order only.
Can I request a shipping quote before ordering?
Absolutely. If you are unsure about delivery costs, please contact us and we can provide an estimated shipping quote before your order is finalised.
What products does Magic Potli sell?
Magic Potli offers Indian festival decor, torans, rangoli, diyas, candles, pooja items, gift hampers, return favours and festive decorations for celebrations across Australia.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Shipping is available on selected hampers and bundles across Australia. Shipping availability is shown on the product page or can be confirmed before ordering.
Are all products available for shipping?
No. Some products are pickup only due to their size, fragility or packaging requirements. Shipping availability will be indicated on the product page where applicable.
Why is pickup recommended for hampers?
Many of our hampers are large, carefully packed and can incur significant shipping costs. Where possible, we recommend pickup as the most economical option and to ensure items arrive exactly as intended.
Products & Custom Orders
Do you create custom hampers?
Yes. We may be able to create customised hampers for festivals, housewarming ceremonies, poojas, corporate gifting and special occasions. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer return favours?
Yes. We offer return favours for poojas, housewarming ceremonies, Sundarkand paaths, festive celebrations and other special occasions.
Do you stock products all year round?
Some products are seasonal and may only be available around specific festivals such as Diwali, Karwa Chauth and Navratri. Availability may vary throughout the year.
What occasions are your products suitable for?
Our products are perfect for Diwali, Navratri, Karwa Chauth, housewarming ceremonies, poojas, festive celebrations, gifting and special occasions.
Returns & Support
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us with supporting photos and order details. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
